Bus transport

Let us take care of transporting you and your stuff before, during or after the event, so you can enjoy the unique experience of riding from one place to another.

In Hærvejsløbet - The Viking Gran Fondo you ride from A to B, which means you will experience new challenges, sights and adventures throughout the day.

To make your life easy, we offer direct transport by bus for you and your bike to each one the different starting points.

You can choose between two options:

  • Before the event: Bus transport from Viborg to your starting point on the morning of the race. The ideal option, if you're staying in or close to Viborg.
  • After the event: Bus transport from Viborg to your starting point after finishing the event. The ideal option, if you're staying in or close to your starting point.

Bikes are transported in trailers or in lorries (bring your own protection). In the unlikely event of too few bus passengers on a given route, we reserve the right to cancel. There is a limited number of seats.

The busses all run from Prinsens Allé 5, 8800 Viborg. You can park in this area.

Transport of 1 bag

As well as the bus transportation, for 50 DKK we offer to transport one bag of yours (max size 55x40x20cm) from your starting point to the finish line area in Viborg, so you can have normal shoes and warm and dry clothes waiting for you, once you arrive.

At the starting area, you receive a label, which you put on your bag before handing it over to us. Then it will be transported to the finish in Viborg. In the finish area there will be a tent, where you can find your bag from 15:30.
