DGI Storkøbenhavn og Lyngby-Taarbæk Kommune invites you to participate in a canoe trip for families on Mølleåen and Lyngby Sø

Skilled canoe instructures from DGI Storkøbenhavn will take you and your family for a nice canoe trip in the beautiful nature by Mølleåen and Lyngby Sø.

There will be activities for children and adults focusing on canoeing og the surrounding nature. Underway we will go ashore and take short breaks. At lunch time, we will eat own brought lunch.

Practical info
Date and time: Sunday 16th of September from 10 am to 14 pm.
Meeting point: FDF, Lottenborgvej 16, 2800 Kgs. Lyngby
Bring along:
- practical clothes and footwear for canoeing
- rain clothes, a warm jacket / shirt, a cap / beanie
- sun hat, sunscreen
- lunch box, drinking water, snacks, optionally a thermo with warm coffee/the/caccao

DGI Storkøbenhavn will provide equipment for canoeing - canoes, paddles, life jackets etc.

There is a limited amount of canoes and registration is required. You must write how many children and adults you register. There is room for 2 adults and 2 children (aged up to 13 years) in each canoe.

DGI Storkøbenhavn stiller med uddannede kanoinstruktører til at guide din familie på en dejlig kanotur i den skønne natur ved Lyngby Sø og Mølleåen. Der vil være forskellige legende aktiviteter for alle med fokus på kanosejlads og den natur vi padler i. Vi går i land undervejs og holder pauser. Vi spiser medbragte madpakker til frokost.

Medbring:
- praktisk tøj og fodtøj til at padle i, der gerne må blive lidt vådt og beskidt.
- en varm jakke / trøje, en hue
- regntøj, solhat/kasket, solcreme
- madpakke, vand, snacks, evt. en termokande med te/kaffe/kakao

DGI Storkøbenhavn sørger for alt kanoudstyr: kanoer, padler, redningsveste, øser/svampe.

Der er et begrænset antal kanoer, og tilmelding er nødvendig. I tilmeldingen skal du skrive, hvor mange børn/voksne I er. Der kan være to voksne og to børn (u.12-13 år) i hver kano.
