Festival dates
From Thursday 3 July through Sunday 6 July 2025.
Price
Euro 269,- (DKK 1.995,00) per participant.
Included in the price:
- Accommodation in schools
- Meals; 5xbreakfast, 5xlunch to go (Wed.-Sun.)
- Participation in Opening Parade (Thurs.)
- One team performance at outdoor floor
- Participation in sport activities and workshops
- Free festival busses
- Participation in L2025 Nordic GymShow
- Access to concerts and party tents
- Access to Closing Ceremony (Sun.)

REGISTRATION
We open for registration 1 October 2024.
Who can participate?
Gymnastics team in general. The general age limit at the festival is 15 y.o. (born 2010)
There are no limits on team size and number of participants.
Accommodation
In schools/class rooms – please remember to bring your own sleeping bag, pillow, inflatable mattress etc.
Or make a booking at registration. Price DKK 500,00 (Euro 67).
Arrival and departure
Arrival and accommodation possible from Tuesday evening or Wednesday morning. Departure after the closing ceremony Sunday afternoon.
Meals
Included in the festival package is meals from Wednesday-Sunday; breakfast and lunch to go
Breakfast is served at the schools.
Unfortunately, we cannot handle food allergies or special dietary concerns.
Team performance at outdoor floor
Wednesday it is possible to practice at the city outdoor floor
Additional purchase
It is possible to purchase access to National Danish Performance Team's show and "Efterskole show" in the registration.
